Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Bookkeeper with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for YOU to join our fast-paced and growing automotive service business in Carrollton, Texas

About the Role:

As our Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of our shop. Your experience in the automotive services industry will help ensure smooth and accurate financial tracking, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Manage payroll and employee expense tracking
  • Handle bank reconciliations and deposits
  • Monitor cash flow and budgets
  • Work closely with management to support business decisions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (required)
  • Experience in automotive service or repair business (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
