LBU Lighting, a leading retailer of contemporary lighting is growing. With growth comes demand - the number of employee's is ever increasing as are their technical demands - can you HELP?

If you have incredible communication skills - you will be communicating all day every day via phone, in person or via email - that's our first priority.

If you have not only the ability to diagnose/analyze problems, but also the ability to simplify the solutions - our user's will love you.

And of course - you will need those technical skills including:

  • knowledge of application code (C#, .NET, HTML, SQL) and Microsoft Visual studio

  • the ability to manipulate/import/export data in Microsoft Excel

  • the ability to troubleshoot and correct basic hardware problems with workstations and printers

  • the ability to troubleshoot basic software issues with the Windows Operating System and Windows applications

  • the ability to identify and manually remove malware/virus from a Windows Operating System

  • the willingness and ability to run cable, climb ladders and crawl under desks

  • the willingness for some short distance driving between showrooms and a valid Driver's license

Given that we operate within a significant network and utilize a sophisticated telecommunications structure - experience in those disciplines would certainly be super helpful.

In addition - a basic understanding of VoIP/TCP/IP Video Camera technology
