osition Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in both pre-litigation and litigation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting multiple attorneys from case inception through trial. This position requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and demonstrates excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial preparation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in case management systems.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
  • Request and review medical records, bills, and lien information to support case development.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including creating exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  • Maintain attorneys' calendars and deadlines for court filings, discovery responses, depositions, and mediations.
  • Coordinate with litigation support vendors and expert witnesses as needed.
  • Provide direct support to multiple attorneys and ensure all case-related tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedures and court filing requirements (or applicable state).
  • Proven experience managing cases from start to trial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software (e.g., TrialWorks, Needles, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Paralegal certification or degree preferred but not required.
