Litigation Paralegal – Full-Time, On-Site

Lott & Fischer, a well-established intellectual property boutique law firm located in Coral Gables. is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an on-site position offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a fast-paced, high-level legal environment.

The litigation paralegal plays a key role in supporting the firm's active litigation matters before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)

This role requires managing case files from initiation to resolution, maintaining docket systems, and ensuring timely and accurate filing of all court documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track active litigation and TTAB cases, ensuring deadlines are accurately calendared and monitored.
  • Receive, review, and distribute pleadings, court filings, and correspondence to attorneys and clients as appropriate.
  • Prepare, finalize, and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents using federal and local e-filing systems.
  • Maintain the litigation and TTAB docket on a weekly basis and attend weekly litigation team meetings.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure compliance with court rules and case strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Local and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and electronic court filing systems (CM/ECF, TTABVUE, PACER).
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management tools.
  • Experience with Aderant (Vision) docketing software is a plus; training will be provided if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $85,000.00 per year
