SUMMARY

An established manufacturer of precision industrial equipment is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing and communication programs. This hands-on role drives brand strategy, campaign execution, channel marketing, and sales enablement while collaborating closely with sales, external agencies, and partner networks. The role is full-time and requires regular on-site presence with limited travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and implement marketing strategies that support business goals for revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (print, email, digital, events, direct mail, and point-of-sale materials) from concept through measurement.
  • Oversee creative development, manage agency relationships, and negotiate terms with external vendors.
  • Lead planning and execution of industry events, trade exhibits, open houses, and partner meetings, and prepare post-event analysis and ROI reporting.
  • Produce and distribute sales collateral and promotional assets; maintain control of promotional inventory and fulfillment.
  • Maintain and manage customer and prospect databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and list usage.
  • Coordinate product launch activities and develop sales enablement tools for internal and partner sales teams.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing staff, including assigning projects and reviewing deliverables.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results and budget allocation.
  • Manage departmental budget, approve expenditures, and ensure cost-effective vendor sourcing.
  • Support sponsorships and influencer partnerships as part of broader brand-building efforts.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for channel partners and support partner-led initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop B2B marketing programs, manage agencies, and support a sales channel.
  • Strong project management, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working both strategically and tactically; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic financial literacy for budgeting and performance reporting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5–10%).
  • Available for a full-time, on-site schedule (standard weekday hours).
