About the Role

We are seeking a People Specialist to join our Manager Enablement team. In this role, you will own and operationalize key initiatives in partnership with People Partners and Leadership Design that help our managers meet the moment. You will contribute to improving team experience through better processes and resources and upleveling our manager training programs. You will also work closely with the Manager Enablement team to enhance and scale our programs, drive forward timely projects, and resolve problems that improve manager and team experience, while maintaining our high standards for quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence in manager enablement programs, by designing and implementing scalable processes and materials in partnership with Leadership Design, including logistics, content organization, and delivery
  • Improve and maintain our manager resources and documentation, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date
  • Support the People Partner team in executing cross-functional projects and special casework, managing stakeholder communication and timelines
  • Collaborate with People Operations and People Partners to streamline and enhance employee lifecycle processes
  • Own and improve key operational processes including outside business activity requests and scaled change management efforts (e.g., reorganization processing)
  • Support sensitive personnel matters by maintaining detailed documentation, assisting with investigations as needed, and helping pull and compile comprehensive reports
  • Maintain and improve tracking systems for manager enablement initiatives and special employee cases

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR-related fields such as recruiting, people operations, HR coordination, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with or strong interest in one or more HR disciplines including, but not limited to, employee relations, training and development, and people operations
  • Exceptional discretion and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently
  • Experience using HR systems and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Natural curiosity about organizational development and how companies evolve

Strong candidates may have:

  • Experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Background in learning and development or training program coordination
  • Experience supporting people partners or people operations teams or projects
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
  • Interest in AI safety and ethics

Job Type: Contract
