Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: ~$55, $60,000.00/Per Year

Type: Full-Time 9:00 AM - 5 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for all UPS-related issues (tracking packages, resolving issues, etc.)
  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving product or service issues promptly
  • Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Document and update customer interactions and account information accurately

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy and a passion for helping customers
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems
  • Helpscout and Google Office suites are a plus
