Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? TotalEnergies Marketing USA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Linden, NJ. This is an on-site role with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
Candidates must be local to Linden, NJ. We are not offering sponsorship for this position.

What You Bring:*

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 3–6 years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work on-site in Linden, NJ (with one remote day per week).

What You'll Do:*

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for transparency and accountability.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
  • Process customer orders using SAP, verifying pricing, inventory, and delivery details.
  • Maintain an order accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
  • Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours whenever possible, taking ownership and following through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with procurement, purchasing, warehouses, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects.
  • Monitor inventory levels and review pricing accuracy on purchase and sales orders.
  • Utilize SAP, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems at an intermediate level or higher.
