Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the rapid growth of our retail stores and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every hire helps drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail associates, store managers, and leadership positions.

  • Coordinate and host virtual/onsite hiring events to attract talent at scale.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

  • Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership.

  • Represent Luna Wireless with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (retail or sales industry preferred).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for people, growth, and team success.
