Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Minneapolis, MN. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training sales personnel, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for inventory management and collaboration with other departments to streamline dealership operations. THIS ROLE IS AVAILABLE FOR CURRENT SALES PEOPLE AS WELL LOOKING TO MOVE UP IN THE INDUSTRY.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and developing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles helps, but not required
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data
  • Proficient in CRM software and dealership management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
