Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for business processes and Oracle applications (EBS & Fusion).
  • Ensure IT strategy aligns with business and manufacturing needs across finance, supply chain, HR, sales & marketing, and operations.
  • Act as both BA and project manager for larger initiatives, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Build effective relationships across departments, driving process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Lead and coordinate testing, upgrades, and implementations of business applications.
  • Provide advisory services, documentation, and reporting to support decision-making and business continuity.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS (must-have); Fusion strongly preferred.
  • Strong SQL coding background and ability to support integration development.
  • Experience with EDI transactions and system integrations.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Project management experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Oracle migration experience.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Azure Integration Services, and other integration tools.
  • PMI and/or Six Sigma certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with Order Management/AR, Shipping, Pricing, GL, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Purchasing/AP, Inventory, WIP, BOM, and Costing.
