Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects on time, meeting strategic and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Identify project deliverables, milestones, and tasks, ensuring all resources are appropriately allocated.
  • Conduct project meetings, manage documentation, and report on progress regularly.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring compliance with project management standards.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with a solid understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for leading teams effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or financial consulting is a plus.
  • PMP Certification is required; OPEX PM Certification is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn new topics and areas regularly.
