Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Intake

    • Greet and room patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient data in the electronic medical record (EMR).

    • Prepare patients and exam rooms for clinical procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.

  • Clinical Support

    • Assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures.

    • Perform delegated tasks such as capturing pre-op and post-op photos, stocking and maintaining exam rooms, and ordering clinical supplies.

    • Complete FMLA and Disability forms accurately and promptly.

  • Operational Duties

    • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms between patients.

    • Travel to satellite locations as needed to support clinic operations.

    • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a medical office or outpatient clinical setting preferred.

  • MediClear Certification (or equivalent healthcare compliance credential) required 

  • Ability to provide age-specific care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

  • Strong communication, patient-service, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies.
