What you'll do:

** THIS OUTSIDE SALES POSITION IS BASED IN MILWAUKEE, WI. YOU MUST LIVE IN THE MILWAUKEE AREA TO BE CONSIDERED. **

We are currently seeking a proven sales professional – A HUNTER – to lead our sales efforts in our MILWAUKEE REGION as an Account Executive/Outside Sales. This challenging position requires a candidate with superb presentation skills, the ability to appointment set and cold-call, the drive to work a pipeline of lost opportunities, an innate skillset in networking and building value laden relationships, and the adaptability to connect with buyers from C-Level to Facilities Manager.

This position requires a disciplined individual that is independent but values a collaborative team environment, is hard working and is willing to work harder than the competition to exceed the goals set forth, is self-motivated, and is not content with just being average. This individual will make a significant impact in our company by using their influential skills to convert prospective customers into new account starts.

You will conduct sales calls and site assessments that will enable you to utilize your refined problem solving and listening skills. You will generate customized proposals that offer tailored solutions for each unique prospect and effectively work your pipeline from negotiation to close.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Lead Generation/SMART CALLING/Prospecting to convert leads to opportunities

Develop customized solutions across multiple line offerings for prospective clients

Create and deliver professional and educational on-site sales presentations

Develop strong relationships with external clients and the internal delivery team

Effectively negotiate contracts and close business

Maintain sales pipeline, entering data in , and prepare reports as required

Skills you must bring to the table:

5+ years B2B sales experience (huge plus if you have experience commercial cleaning B2B sales)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals on a year-to-year basis

A proven/documented system for lead generation and business development

Solid work ethic with little need to be managed, goal driven and self-motivated

Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment

Effective at time management

Demonstrated follow-up abilities and a method for managing the sales process

An outstanding communicator - both spoken and written - with excellent customer relations skills

Computer skills in Outlook, Word/Excel, mobile apps, (CRM), and Dialpad

College degree preferred, but a track record of sales success and experience will not be overlooked
