We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, managing CRM data, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and activities within the company's CRM system.
- Prospecting: Target new industries and customer segments to expand the company's market reach.
- Follow-Up: Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Reporting: Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics and performance results.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
