Luma Autism is opening four new ABA centers in the Atlanta and North GA areas. Our main objective is to help each child achieve independence, preparedness, and success with the aim of transitioning children out of therapy and into their natural environment. At Luma, we prioritize early intervention, while providing our team of providers with the optimal opportunity to design a successful path for each child. Each ABA center is integrated with Luma Montessori allowing children and providers of each program to collaborate and engage with one another on a regular basis in order to promote an inclusive learning experience and environment for all.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities

- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior change

- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and therapists, to ensure coordinated care for individuals

- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on implementing behavior intervention strategies

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

- Experience working with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities

- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques

- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations

- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
