Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Georgia (Full-Time & Part-Time) Pay: $90,000–$110,000/year.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop custom ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs with compassion and clarity
  • Support families with empathy and evidence-based care
  • Track progress, celebrate milestones, and adapt plans as needed
  • Work in a variety of home and community settings

What You'll Need:

  • BCBA certification
  • Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
  • Strong communication skills + problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
