What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of our shop, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a sprinkle or two). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Preparing and serving delicious ice cream treats with precision and care.
  • Handling transactions at the register with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment.
  • Answering customer questions and providing recommendations to help them find their perfect flavor.
