What you'll do

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, Gelato and Ice cream ensuring adherence to food safety and handling standards.
  • Operate our POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area, including preparation stations.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while providing change to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including coffee specialties, to provide recommendations to customers.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Must be available to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays
  • Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is a plus.
  • Barista experience or knowledge of boba preparation techniques is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food service practices, including food preparation and safety standards.
