Telemarketer & Lead Generation Rep (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (South Carolina-based preferred)

Pay: $10–$15/hr + Commission ($25–$50 per booked consultation)

Hours: Part-Time, 10–20 hours/week

Schedule: Flexible daytime availability (Mon–Fri)

Job Summary:

Are you persuasive, personable, and passionate about helping people? Infinite Care Solutions is looking for a driven Telemarketer / Lead Generation Rep to support our outreach and community engagement efforts. This is your chance to be the voice that connects families to the care they deserve.

As a member of our outreach team, you'll call prospective leads from our community database (churches, hospitals, event RSVPs, referrals, and more), follow up on inquiries from social media and marketing campaigns, and help book consultations for families seeking our services. You'll play a key role in expanding our reach, filling event seats, and supporting our mission of family-centered, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to local leads (Sumter, Lexington, Richland, Kershaw Counties)
  • Follow up with warm leads from social media, events, or community outreach
  • Book consultations, RSVPs, and intake calls
  • Log calls, outcomes, and track lead progress in Airtable/CRM
  • Communicate clearly with the admin team for follow-up
  • Represent ICS with compassion, professionalism, and trust

Requirements:

  • Friendly, confident phone presence
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and follow scripts
  • Access to a quiet workspace, internet, and a reliable phone/computer
  • Sales or outreach experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Perks:
