Server ** READY TO WORK** – Giacomo's Restaurant (Charlotte, NC)

Full-time | 4 days/week (10‑11 HOUR SHIFTS) Open Availability

Compensation: $3/hr. base + tips (avg. $12–15/hr. total)

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum: 2 year serving experience in fast-paced restaurants
  • Big smile, friendly, team-oriented, teachable
  • Capable of lifting ~45 lbs., bussing tables, taking to-go orders
  • Honest, drug-free, with reliable transport
  • High school diploma a plus (not required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sanitize & set tables
  • Greet guests, present menus, take orders
  • Serve food/beverages, upsell suggestions
  • Handle payment, bus tables, take phone orders
  • Resolve guest issues with positive attitude
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen & cashier staff

  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to customers upon entrance
