Little League is looking for a Web & App Coordinator to assist with building, maintaining, and optimizing our websites and mobile applications that reach millions of players, families, and fans worldwide. In this role, you'll merge creativity with technical skill—design engaging pages, optimize user experiences, coordinate with vendors, and analyze performance data to help us write the next chapter in an epic series
What You'll Do You'll wear a few digital hats Key responsibilities include:
- Lead website content management across —while supporting graphics and digital content creation.
- Manage and enhance our mobile applications, including content updates, push notifications, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, IT, Marketing, Operations, and third-party vendors to implement digital strategies and meet launch timelines.
- Design and optimize—using user-centered, mobile-first design principles.
- Track and analyze data using Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and Looker Studio to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Champion the brand online, ensuring visual and content consistency across all digital platforms.
- Bring energy to events by supporting the Little League World Series digital presence and on-site fan experience.
- Support the team during major Little League events — including the World Series
What You Bring · Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience · 1–2 years of experience in digital media, web design, or marketing · Strong skills in WordPress, HTML/CSS, and Adobe Creative Cloud · Understanding of SEO, UX/UI design, and web performance optimization · Excellent organizational, communication, and project and time-management skills · A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement Bonus Points For: · Experience with email marketing tools or video production
· Familiarity with Dreamweaver, Google Analytics 4, or Looker Studio
· Knowledge of Little League Baseball and Softball programs or a second language

This full-time exempt role is based in a professional office setting, with some flexibility for hybrid remote work after a successful 6-months.We have flexible core hours of Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While most work is done during normal business hours, occasional peaks in workload and special events such as the Little League World Series, and other key events, may require working in the evenings and on weekends.
