We have been in business in the Atlanta market for over 75 years, and we are leaders in the public utility and heavy construction space. We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager with Linear construction experience to report directly into one of our directors. This role has tons of room for advancement into a still growing company.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the linear and utility sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater, sewer, and pipeline projects, and will be responsible for ensuring that all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of various project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operations.
• Implement alternative delivery methods to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in linear construction, utility construction, and wastewater projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
