What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat / web inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate with cleaning teams, monitor job progress, and follow up with clients
  • Resolve customer issues: complaints, rescheduling, special requests, and post-service feedback
  • Update and maintain the CRM / scheduling software with accurate client and job data
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations / Field Managers to ensure service quality and timely response
  • Generate quotes / estimates or assist in generating them
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics (e.g. reviews, surveys), prepare summary reports, and recommend improvements
  • Provide occasional administrative support (billing, invoicing, or documentation) as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in service-based or cleaning / facilities industry
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with CRM / scheduling tools and general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
  • Positive, customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed (may include early mornings or evenings, depending on client needs)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related training a plus)
