We design, source, and distribute trend‑driven apparel and accessories across iconic lifestyle brands (Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Badgley Mischka, etc.). We're scaling our wholesale footprint further into major retailers like Walmart, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and need a results‑oriented sales pro to accelerate that growth.

Description

We're looking for a Social Media Ads Expert who understands the intricacies of Facebook/Instagram Ads and can scale campaigns while maintaining impressive ROAS. Agency experience is required, as is the ability to work collaboratively across creative, analytics, and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategy, creative assets, and audience targeting
  • Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and implement ongoing optimizations
  • A/B test creative, copy, landing pages, and audiences to drive down cost-per-lead
  • Create detailed performance reports
  • Explore and test additional platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube Ads
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest platform updates, ad formats, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Agency experience in managing paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads
  • Directly managed daily budgets of $1K+ and consistently delivered high ROAS
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills—able to ideate ad angles that convert
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools
