Responsibilities

  • Solicit, quote, and bind new personal and commercial lines business
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking and referrals
  • Manage renewals, service requests, and policy changes for your clients
  • Provide professional coverage recommendations based on client needs
  • Stay current on carrier appetites, underwriting requirements, and market trends

Basic qualifications

  • Active Missouri Property & Casualty License (required)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of insurance sales or account management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Comfortable using CRMs, rating systems, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with analysis skills that aid in understanding market trends and client needs.
