Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant smoothie/nutrition shop environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation, smoothie making, and product selection. This position is perfect for college students and individuals who enjoy working in a friendly and sometimes fast paced setting and have a passion for living a healthy lifestyle.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
  • Prepare and serve smoothies according to shop standards.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area, including dining/retail spaces and food preparation areas.
  • Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and retail math calculations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Must be able to handle food safely according to health regulations.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help customers with their needs are essential.
