Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service and Cashier professional to become a vital part of our team in the United States. Based in your local area, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting our company's growth and innovative approach to fast food service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
  • Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
  • Manage cash handling with precision and accountability.
  • Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising tasks.
  • Provide bilingual support if applicable to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service and product presentation.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience with POS systems and cashiering.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred.
  • Previous retail or food service experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated upselling capabilities.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation.
