LifeStance Health is seeking individuals that are passionate about serving others and making a difference in the lives of those in our community. We are currently providing services in the community, as well as via telehealth when preferred. The ideal candidate is enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a graduate school/program in mental health.

JOB SUMMARY

As a pre-licensed Therapist, candidates will have Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW. Candidate will provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.

• Licensure Supervision for those pursuing Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Education Requirements:

• Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family.
• Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
• Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff.
• Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals.
• Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations

Compensation range $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
