We're seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our on-site Cleveland team. This role is ideal for recent college graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain real-world experience in client relations, sales execution, and marketing communication.

As part of our in-office team, you'll work directly with local business clients to identify needs, conduct consultations, and help close new business deals through creative and strategic sales and marketing tactics. You'll play an active role in generating opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting campaigns that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and sales campaigns designed to attract and retain local business clients.
  • Participate in on-site client consultations, identifying challenges and recommending tailored marketing and sales solutions.
  • Support the sales team in closing new business deals by preparing proposals, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth follow-up communication.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies that increase client visibility and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and emerging business prospects.
  • Provide administrative and project support — including data entry, appointment scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Help organize events, meetings, and local outreach initiatives to strengthen community and business engagement.
  • Contribute ideas for new campaigns and creative approaches to client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Cleveland office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, outgoing demeanor with an interest in client-facing work.
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus — but not required.
