Community Engagement Representative

As a CER, you will conduct business development efforts within the communities we serve. This role is centered on cultivating high-value referral relationships with community-based organizations, as well as other stake holders that serve the communities we service. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, identifying new business opportunities, and generating referrals that convert into participants at our PACE sites. Your ability to build trust and communicate the unique value of ArchCare services will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities
Referral Generation: Actively develop a pipeline of qualified referrals by nurturing relationships with community members and stakeholders.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new referral channels within underserved communities, including senior buildings, food pantries, concierge medical practices, and more.
Relationship Building: Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with professional referral sources through consistent outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and personalized engagement.
Event Representation: Host and attend events, private workshops, networking meetings, and client-facing seminars to showcase ArchCare offerings.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and referral source feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.
White-Glove Engagement: Serve as a brand ambassador who embodies discretion, professionalism, and hospitality in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or business development within home care, managed long term care, or elder services.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft officer preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular fieldwork.
Compensation: $20.24-$25.30 per hour

ArchCare Senior Life (PACE) is a long-term Medicaid/Medicare plan designed specifically for seniors who need nursing home level care but want to stay at home. With PACE, participants have a dedicated Care Team to coordinate everything, so they are able to live comfortably where they are, knowing they'll get the coordinated care they need. PACE provides and coordinates care at our Wellness Centers, in patients' homes, and in other settings.
