New Business Sales Associate - CuraScript SD

The New Business Sales Associate at CuraScript SD plays a pivotal role in driving growth across hospital and health system segments, where a true hunter mentality is not just preferred—it's essential. As a key contributor to a cross-functional sales team, the ideal candidate thrives on challenge, embraces accountability, and consistently seeks innovative ways to expand CuraScript SD's reach and impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Meet sales objectives in individual territory.
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals as defined.
  • Meet productivity requirements with regard to quality customer interaction.
  • Daily goals for reach and frequency as defined by outbound calls
  • Complete all administrative requirements on time.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial approach to territory and account management
  • Accountable for account planning, development of sales strategy, routine weekly reports and special reporting requests.
  • Collaborative team player
  • Perform at high level while being efficient and compliant with budget and policy.
  • Accountable for budget and reporting on activities with HCP's.
  • Attend industry and corporate meetings and events in and out of territory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years' relative work experience preferred
  • MS Office, Computer proficiency
  • Additional experience in SAP, SalesForce, and TPS a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of managed care operations.
  • Experience with business plan development.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to self-motivate
  • Work in Lake Mary, FL office three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and another day of your choice.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
