Position Summary
As a Professional Services Project Coordinator (PC), you are an integral part of the Customer Experience (CX) team, focusing on the most critical phase of the customer journey with the client to ensure timely implementations.
Your primary objective is to guide the customer through the implementation phase, keeping all involved parties informed through constant communication of project status and objectives, while ensuring deadlines are met. You are responsible for establishing a strong foundation that will drive future successes. Ultimately, your outstanding organizational skills will impress the customer and build extreme confidence from the onset
AS A PROJECT COORDINATOR, YOU CAN EXPECT TO HAVE THESE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with new and existing customers to implement the client's products into their current infrastructure by leading expectations, managing dependencies and deliverables, and ensuring key objectives are delivered on time and within scope
- Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time within budget
- Create and manage project plans, facilitate client calls and project kickoffs, maintain the project timeline, escalation, and risk management planning, and internal/external status reports
To Be Successful, You'll Need Experience Such As
- Ability to understand process improvement methodologies and how they can be applied throughout the organization
- An understanding of account management, customer implementations or onboarding, and project management
- Skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated strong customer-facing presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients effectively
- Strong customer-facing presence, good verbal communication, and comfort with leading meetings
- Proven ability to lead effective meetings, ensuring clear communication, active participation, and actionable outcomes
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Customer-facing project coordination experience is required
- Experience utilizing SalesForce or similar CRM software
- Proficient in working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
