Job Description
Beloform is seeking a highly organized and motivated
Project Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects stay aligned with timelines, resources, and objectives while maintaining clear communication between internal teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timelines, deliverables, and goals are met
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Facilitate communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks or delays and assist in implementing solutions
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Ensure project standards, processes, and workflows are followed consistently
