We're looking for an experienced, organized, and high-energy Surgery Patient Coordinator to join our team at a leading Miami plastic surgery center.

About the Role

As a Surgery Patient Coordinator, you will manage patients who have already purchased a surgical procedure.

Your main goal: convert deposits into confirmed surgery dates by guiding each patient through scheduling, preparation, and follow-up with compassion and precision.

You'll act as the bridge between our sales consultants, surgical team, and patients — ensuring every case moves smoothly from deposit to operating room day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact patients who have already placed a deposit to confirm and schedule their surgery.
  • Follow up consistently with patients to answer questions, handle reschedules, and eliminate barriers to booking.
  • Coordinate all pre-op appointments with the medical team.
  • Ensure patients complete required medical clearances, labs, and payments before surgery.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system.
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience that reflects our brand's care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure flawless case flow.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or healthcare coordination (required).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple patients at once.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
  • Empathetic and patient-focused with strong closing and persuasion skills.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.

Schedule

Monday – Friday | Occasional Saturdays during high-volume seasons
