Experienced BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH) Sales Rep. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Job Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our clinic's cosmetic surgery services to prospective patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and an understanding of the medical aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and helping the clinic achieve its sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Consultations & Follow-ups: Meet with prospective clients, provide detailed information about services, and answer any questions they may have regarding procedures, pricing, and outcomes.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct one-on-one presentations, explain the benefits of various services, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through a combination of new business generation and repeat client sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic's medical team, including surgeons and aestheticians, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional efforts, including social media engagement, client testimonials, and community outreach.
  • CRM daily management to process/ update payments and patients / new leads updated information and notes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38, $220,000.00 per year
