What to ExpectWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Manager for our Electrode Manufacturing team. You will be playing a critical role developing and building a team that will spearhead production and development of battery cells at Tesla. Your excellence in people management will enable you to recruit, lead, and develop a team which includes supervisors, operators, and engineering technicians. In addition, your extensive experience and/or technical background will enable decision making when working with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, quality, and engineering.
