What to ExpectAs a Equipment Maintenance Supervisor on the Battery Cell Formation Team, you will ensure the seamless operation of high-volume Li-ion cell manufacturing equipment by prioritizing preventive maintenance. This role involves leading a team of approximately 10 plus maintenance technicians, optimizing maintenance schedules, and enhancing operational efficiency.
