Showroom Sales Support & Client Experience Coordinator
. This role is at the heart of the showroom experience, serving as the first point of contact for clients and design professionals. The ideal candidate will ensure every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and well cared for while supporting the sales team with administrative, purchasing, and organizational tasks.
This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and takes pride in creating structure and efficiency. The Showroom Sales Support & Client Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the showroom's presentation and ensuring smooth daily operations from initial inquiry through final delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist showroom visitors and incoming callers, ensuring all clients receive attentive, courteous service.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate sales consultant and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Manage the tile sample room, ensuring products are organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
- Support the sales team with vendor follow-ups, order tracking, and communicating estimated delivery dates to clients.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate shipping, pickups, and freight arrangements.
- Maintain showroom supplies, office materials, and common areas to ensure a polished and professional environment.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, stock availability, and lead times.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including administrative updates and order-related inquiries.
- Handle general office coordination such as mail, deliveries, and technology service requests.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to ensure the showroom runs efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks or CRM systems preferred
- Familiarity with the plumbing, tile, or interior design industry a plus
- Spanish-speaking a plus
