What you should know:
Mulberry is partnering with a local mission-based service organization to hire an HR Assistant to support their team during a season of project work. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure to HR, recruiting, events, and general administrative work. The ideal candidate must have a high attention to detail, be personable, and be able to pivot and prioritize.

A day in the life:

  • Provide advanced support to talent acquisition, including test proctoring, candidate check-in, and coordinating lunch orders for interview panels.
  • Deliver meeting support through scheduling, logistics, and detailed note-taking.
  • Manage complex calendars for division leaders and teams.
  • Coordinate large-scale events and provide hands-on support on event days.
  • Maintain and organize confidential records, including personnel files and benefits documentation.
  • Process purchase requisitions and reconcile invoices using enterprise systems.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Associate's degree required
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • HR experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
:
$29.60/HR with access to benefits via Mulberry's employer of record partner.
