Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Design & Campaign Execution: Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms and mediums.
  • Creative Concepting: Work closely with the team leaders to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions and product launches.
  • Campaign Management: In collaboration with the Brand & Content Manager, lead the design process for campaigns from start to finish, including initial concepts, revisions, and final production. Ensure that deadlines are met, and designs are executed to the highest standard.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual designs.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain library of digital assets, ensuring all files are properly archived and accessible for future use.
  • Stay Current: Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond to requests on a wide range of project types, budgets, and timelines.
