We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Assistant to join our team full-time in west Fort Worth.

This is not a "sit behind a desk and post graphics" role. You'll be hands-on filming, editing, strategizing, and helping bring engaging real estate and mortgage content to life for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Film, photograph, and edit engaging short-form and long-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Longs, TikToks, etc.)
  • Assist in content planning, filming setups, lighting, and on-camera production
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots and events
  • Manage media files, organize footage, and maintain content library
  • Collaborate on creative ideas for scripts, hooks, and video storyboards
  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms using posting tools
  • Track analytics and engagement to identify top-performing content
  • Help design simple graphics or thumbnails using Canva or similar tools

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, photography, or videography
  • Strong camera and editing skills (DSLR/mirrorless, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)
  • A creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Must be local to west Fort Worth, TX / Aledo, TX and available for in-person filming 4 days a week, 1 day a week remote.
  • Must have reliable transportation

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with real estate, mortgage, or finance content
  • Graphic design or thumbnail creation experience
  • Familiarity with YouTube channel management and SEO best practices
  • Comfortable brainstorming on-camera concepts and helping with script writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
