HR & Safety Administrative Associate

Pay:
$22.00/hr + $40/month cellphone reimbursement

Location:
Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Experience:
1+ year payroll experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive timecards, calculate hours, and process payroll (time entry, verification, checks, direct deposits)
  • Manage new hire onboarding, verify completion of packets, create and update employee records
  • Update employee records: assignments, pay rates, terminations, and HR compliance
  • Administer health & welfare plans: enrollments, changes, terminations
  • Assist with safety tasks: accident investigations, accident reports, safety inspections, OSHA 300, safety committee meetings
  • Support corrective actions, disciplinary actions, and walk-through hazard inspections with safety managers
  • Ensure adherence to company and state policies across HR and Safety functions
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation for payroll, HR, and safety

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – English/Spanish fluency required
  • Experience in payroll and administrative support preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Authorized to work in the United States
