EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Some of the duties you will perform are: Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using office software; ensures clarity, quality, and compliance with agency standards.Coordinates daily administrative operations for the office or section, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and distributing information.Plans and manage logistics for conferences and meetings, including facilities, accommodations, meals, speakers, and financial transactions.Prepares agendas, notifies participants, attends meetings, and drafts minutes; may evaluate events as directed.Conduct studies and compiles reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials and information; serves as a point of contact for visitors and the public.Supports recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, onboarding logistics, equipment orders, and HR communications.Keeps supervisor informed of key issues and deadlines, tracks assignments and progress reports.Performs other duties as assigned.
