Role Description

This is a remote role for a Strategic Referral Partner or Agent at Integrity Business Solutions. The role involves identifying and managing referral opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's financial and operational management services. The Partner or Agent will be responsible for creating and implementing referral strategies, monitoring the success of referral campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in developing and managing referral strategies
  • Knowledge of financial and operations management solutions
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a client-facing role and understanding of small business and non-profit organization environments
  • Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness in professional settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is a plus
