As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Metrologic's flagship software products to clients across industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial manufacturing. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell Metrologic's 3D measurement software solutions to clients, demonstrating how our tools improve quality control and streamline production.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, technical support, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Use Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and generate performance reports and forecasts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferrable in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.

Preferred

  • Experience in dimensional engineering, quality management, or tolerance analysis.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
