Calendar Administrator & Phone Inquirer Manager (Real Estate)

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and people-friendly team member to help manage scheduling and communication for our real estate business. This is a part-time role with flexible hours between 15–30 hours per week.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars for showings, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Answer and return phone calls, voicemails, and texts
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective tenants or buyers
  • Follow up with leads and keep communication organized
  • Track everything using spreadsheets or simple CRM tools
  • Be a key communicator between our team and clients

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and basic office tools
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Hours

  • 15–30 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule; some weekend or evening availability is a bonus but not required

Location

  • Remote or local to Buffalo, NY (preferred but not required)
