We're looking for a talented and creative individual to join us in person to film and produce high-quality, short-form video content specifically for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

The Opportunity: Simplify Finance & Boost Our Brand

We are seeking a dedicated, in-house Short-Form Video Content Creator & Videographer to produce professional, engaging videos that simplify accounting and tax concepts, provide quick financial tips, and showcase our company culture. This is an essential, on-site role; we need you ready to roll the camera and capture our team's expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Filming & Production:
• Serve as the primary videographer, using professional-grade camera equipment (which you must provide or have access to) to film short-form videos with our partners and team members in our office.
• Manage all aspects of the shoot, including lighting, sound recording, and setting up professional, clean-looking shots.
• Maintain and organize all raw footage and production equipment.
• Content Creation & Strategy:
• Work closely with our marketing team to ideate, script, and storyboard fresh, viral-worthy content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, sounds, and video formats to ensure our content is always current and competitive.
• Coach and direct on-screen talent (our accountants and staff) to deliver engaging and natural performances.
• Editing & Delivery:
• Execute fast-paced, high-quality video editing suitable for short-form platforms.
• Proficiency in software like CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro or similar software is required.
• Add graphics, text overlays, closed captions, trending music/sounds, and necessary effects to maximize engagement.
• Prepare and deliver final, optimized video files to the marketing team for scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Experience: A portfolio demonstrating significant experience in filming and editing high-performing short-form video content for business or educational purposes (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Technical Expertise:
• Must own or have dedicated access to a professional-grade camera, lens, lighting, and audio equipment (e.g., DSLRs/Mirrorless, studio lights, lavalier microphones).
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Creative & Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of social media algorithms and what drives engagement and conversions on each platform.
• On-Site Availability: This is an in-person role requiring consistent time in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.
