The Digital Marketing Associate supports the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to company websites, and promotes an online presence. He/She uses search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic. The Digital Marketing Associate develops, curates, and deploys compelling content to attract, engage, and retain visitors and promote sales.  He/She collects and analyzes online statistics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.

Job Responsibilities
 Implement an integrated digital marketing strategy that combines websites, content marketing, organic and paid social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, mobile apps marketing and social commerce efforts.  Support the creation, distribution, and management of engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms, including blogs, videos, and social media; ensure content is optimized for search engines and user engagement. Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, measuring and analyzing their effectiveness to maximize ROI/ROAS. Adjust strategies in real-time based on analytics and industry trends. Influence a team of marketing professionals, including designers, content creators, social media coordinators and digital advertisers. Foster a collaborative environment, provide ongoing feedback, and encourage professional development. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership detailing successes, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Implement innovative practices and tools that can enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.Job Requirements  
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus5+ years' experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing strategiesProficient in tracking and tagging tools such as GTM, GA4, and attribution; Knowledge of tools like Hyros is preferredExperience with Shopify; Shopify Plus preferredExperience with Klaviyo and HubSpotExperience with media buying on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn Excellent copywriting skillsKnowledgeable in the process of web development; must be qualified to work with the technical department to lead projects from beginning to endMust be familiar with best UX and UI practices for websites and mobile applicationsMust have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital multi touch-point marketing campaignsMust have excellent analytical skills with experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media; must have exceptional experience increasing ROAS for products and services campaignsStrong leadership skills with experience building, managing, and motivating a teamExceptional communication and organizational skillsCompensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
