About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Program Manager to oversee one of our residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth in a supportive setting. This role provides oversight to our Residential Services staff, ensuring that all operations align with regulatory standards, participant Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and agency quality benchmarks

Reporting To: Assistant Director, Residential Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure program environment is well maintained, organized, safe, welcoming and meets/exceeds agency expectations and standards

· Supervise assigned Supervisor(s) and DSP staff, provide leadership, guidance and training to staff, organizational management, program specific activities and operations

· Ensure all staff time/attendance reporting is accurate and submitted timely

· Provide coverage for Supervisor(s) or staff as needed

· Participate in hiring, discipline, performance reviews and termination process of staff

· Meet regularly with the Assistant Director of Residential Programs to provide information regarding staff, participants, and ensures ongoing communication

· Attend all internal and external meetings and trainings as assigned by the Assistant Director.

· Perform any other responsibilities as needed

Education / Work Experience / Skills:

· Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least and three (3) years of experience

· Valid NJ Driver's License

Requirements:

· Strong interpersonal communication skills

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through

· Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $58,000.00 per year
